At Supportworks, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to support our in-house marketing and creative team—a collaborative group of designers, videographers, photographers, and strategists who operate like an internal agency.

You’ll play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, managing content across platforms, and ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will:
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, internal communications, web content, and promotional materials
  • Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, caption writing, coordination with creative assets, and performance tracking
  • Help execute and optimize email marketing strategies, including drafting content, coordinating sends, and tracking engagement metrics
  • Support the Marketing Director in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Assist with internal and external campaign launches, including employment branding, events, and company-wide initiatives
  • Help maintain brand consistency across messaging, tone, and voice for Supportworks and its portfolio of brands

Education and Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content coordination
  • A combination of education (marketing, communications, journalism, or related degree preferred) and experience that demonstrates strong marketing fundamentals
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative teams and leadership
  • Receptive to feedback and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
