At Supportworks, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team—a tight-knit group of designers, writers, developers, videographers, photographers, and strategists who work as an internal agency.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:
  • Lead the creative development of our internal employment brand, building engaging design systems for bi-monthly social events, job fairs, internal publications like our year-end newspaper, and more.
  • Design Supportworks corporate brand materials across print, digital, email, and environmental applications—ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, the events team, and our Art Director to pitch and implement fresh ideas across all channels.
  • Support event branding needs for internal celebrations and national conferences, including swag, signage, and immersive brand experiences.
  • Provide overflow design support across our portfolio of brands—upholding brand standards across all projects.
  • Proactively manage your workflow, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver top-notch work on brand and on time.

Education and Experience
  • 5–8 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing layout, branding, and campaign/event work.
  • A combination of education (college, associate degree or certificate in graphic design is preferred) and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; strong familiarity with digital, print, and environmental design.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with writers, marketers, designers, and leadership.
  • Receptive to feedback and direction with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A digital portfolio of work is required for consideration.
  • A valid driver’s license.
