In this role, you won’t just organize events, you’ll elevate them. From hands-on planning of training workshops and smaller meetings to orchestrating large-scale conferences, team gatherings, and other events, you’ll be the mastermind behind moments that bring our culture to life and strengthen our company’s mission.
While you’ll be a part of the broader Supportworks Events Team, your primary focus will be crafting experiences for our sister company, Thrasher Foundation Repair.

What You’ll Do
As our Event Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for planning and delivering high-impact events. In this role you will:
  • Design & Conceptualize: Develop innovative event themes and experiences that align with our brand and leave lasting impressions on employees and customers.
  • Strategically Plan: Create detailed timelines, budgets, and action plans to keep events organized and on track.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with departments across Thrasher and Supportworks to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Execute with Excellence: From venue selection to vendor management, oversee every detail and deliver seamless, standout experiences.
  • Stay Nimble: Tackle challenges as they arise, think fast, and adapt to make sure every event is a success.
  • Reflect & Improve: Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and constantly raise the bar for future events.
  • Manage Budgets: Monitor event expenses, process payments, and maintain financial accuracy.
  • Communicate Clearly: Keep stakeholders in the loop with timely updates and post-event insights.

What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years of event experience and a portfolio that proves you know how to deliver.
  • A background in planning everything from intimate meetings to large-scale gatherings.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • A creative mindset and an eagle eye for detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in high-energy environments.
  • Confidence under pressure and ability to think on your feet and solve issues quickly.
