This is an on-site position located in Omaha, NE. This role might also require some occasional travel to some of our contractor sites, potentially once or twice a year.

As a Recruiter, you will:
- Partner with our contractors to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Craft compelling job postings that are designed to attract the best candidates for each role.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, from job boards to networking events.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule initial interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Stay updated on market and industry trends, as well as best practices in recruitment.
- Measure recruiting activity and keep hiring managers in the loop.
- Adhere to federal and state employment laws for interviewing and hiring candidates.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with various applicant tracking systems (we currently use JazzHR).
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
