Do you get satisfaction out of building relationships and helping growing organizations find talented people? If so, we are looking for a Recruiter who will collaborate with our corporate-owned contractors and our independently owned contractor customers to help them grow their teams.

In this role, you’ll recruit for a variety of exciting positions – from frontline installers to executive-level leaders helping local businesses thrive, while shaping your own rewarding career.

Location:
This is an on-site position located in Omaha, NE. This role might also require some occasional travel to some of our contractor sites, potentially once or twice a year.

As a Recruiter, you will:
  • Partner with our contractors to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Craft compelling job postings that are designed to attract the best candidates for each role.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, from job boards to networking events.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule initial interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Stay updated on market and industry trends, as well as best practices in recruitment.
  • Measure recruiting activity and keep hiring managers in the loop.
  • Adhere to federal and state employment laws for interviewing and hiring candidates.

Education and Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with various applicant tracking systems (we currently use JazzHR).
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
